Rava Dosa







Ingredients:

Rava/Semolina : 1 cup
Rice flour : 2-3 Tblspoons
Salt : 1/2 tspoon
Green chilly : 1
Cumin seeds: 1/2 tspoon
Cashews: 4-5
yogurt/curd : 2 Tblspoons
oil

Method of Preparation

Step1: In bowl add the rava, rice flour,salt,cumin seeds,green chilly finely chopped,cashews broken into small bits , add the yogurt / curd and water Little by little, mixing it well to make the batter.keep this aside for 30 mins.

Step2: Now mix the batter well and heat a crepe pan / tawa , pour batter on the pan and spread it to make a circle , pour 1/4 tspoon of oil around the dosa and let it turn light brown in colour upto 1-2 mins on both sides.

Serve with any chutney of your choice(coconut, ginger, tomato ,etc)

very easy and tasty dish for quick breakfast,dinner or evening time tiffin.
