Pav Bhaji

                                                     


Ingredients :

Onions : 2 finely chopped 

Capsicum : 1finely chopped
Tomatoes : 4 finely chopped
Green Peas : 1/2 cup boiled
Potato : 1/2 cup boiled
Green Chillies : 2-3
Coriander Fresh : 1/2 cup finely chopped
Lime juice : 2 tsp's
Butter / oil : 2-3 Tblsp's
Pav bhaji Masala : 2tsp's
Ginger garlic paste : 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder : 1/2 tsp
Salt : 1 tsp
water 
Pav bread :  1 pack ( 6 breads)


Method of Preparation :

Step 1 : Heat butter in a pan and add chopped  onions and sauté for 3-4 mins then add ginger garlic paste green chillies and saute for  2-3 mins and now add the capsicum, tomatoes and let them cook well until it forms into a nice gravy.


Step 2 : Now mash the boiled peas and potato and add it  into the gravy and add salt, red chilly powder,   pav bhaji masala, Fresh coriander and mix them well by adding a little water and cook  for 6-7 mins.


(Optional : you can also use boiled and mashed Carrots , cauliflower in the bhaji)


Step 3 : once the Bhaji is cooked swtich off the stove and add the lime juice and mix well.


Step 4 : In a Griddle / Tawa  add butter and toast the Pav Bread.


Serve the Pav Bhaji with some onions and fresh coriander (garnished) .
