Ingredients :
Sabudana - 1 cup ( soaked overnight or atleast 5-6 hrs)
Potato - 1 small (peeled and chopped finely)
Peanuts - 1/2 cup ( Roasted and crushed)
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Green chillies - 3-4 chopped
Salt - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 4-5
Mustard seeds and urad dal - 1/2 tsp (optional)
Oil - 1 Tblspoon
Method of Preparation :
Step1 : Wash Sabudana 2-3 times and add very little water just enough to soak it.Drain any excess water before making the khichdi.
Step 2 : Roast the peanuts and grind them coarsely.
Step 3: In a pan add 1 tablespoon of oil and once its hot add the mustard seeds , urad dal , cumin seeds , green chillies and curry leaves.Now add the chopped potatoes and cook for 4-5 mins.
Step 4: Add the Sabudana and salt and cook for another 5mins.Now add the coarsely ground peanuts and mix well and cook 5 more mins.
Serve hot.....
